I did them and passed the lot, back in 1999. One piece of advice, write your caselaw in red ink/highlight it/something like that, make it stand out. These guys love bullet points, precise answers, easy to read format, all that kind of things. Make it neat, tidy and easy to read woth your best points standing out, that's the best piece of advise for those exams.

Best advice for most exams to be honest!

I'd never have time to stop and do that, well in an exam I was prepared for.
Thinking of sitting all 8 after the summer before my masters starts. Get them out of the way and will look good for interviews.

Ava, agreed, it was a tough one. As it's my first time doing them I have absoloutly no idea how I did. Slightly unnerving! Clutching and straws come to mind on my last question (Q1 about 'non-nationals' and constitutional rights. 'non-nationals' being a bit of a misnomer really... shouldn't it have read 'foreign nationals'?)
    Roll on equity...

Good luck to anyone sitting exams at the moment!

I'm sure you'll all do very well. Post-mortems are never a good idea, but if you want to engage in them, I'll sticky this thread.

Does anyone have the Griffith Manual for the Criminal Law FE-1 subject? I'd like to have it/ copy it if you do. Can swap/ pay/ give other inducements.... Does anyone have a copy of the past papers?
