A Quiet Sun Holiday

Can anyone suggest a quiet and relaxed sun holiday for late July early August - I know nowhere will be very quiet at this time of year but I am trying to avoid places like Ibiza or beaches thronged with people.
I am looking at the Med or maybe Red Sea - I have done Turkey, Spain, Malta and Portugal before so would not be interested in these. Some places I would be interested in are Sicily, Greece or the Red Sea but am open to suggestions. It would be just myself and my fiance so no kids to worry about. I would like to get some watersports and diving in during the trip, (keep the jokes to yourself), if possible.
Budget is not really a problem

Look up falconholidays.ie - Egypt - particularly Sharm el Sheikh - amazing. You will pay round 800 all inclusive for two weeks

dubrovnic is just fab and plenty of islands to move around to quite but beautiful and lovely food

i really like sardinia, alghero.
but check what weeks u go because there are two weeks around july aug when all the italians go on holiday there at once. its not crazy mad like ibiza but its a bit busier than it could be normally.

The princess Yaiza 5 star hotel in Playa Blanca is totally self contained and you wouldn't have to venture outside the complex it was the most relaxing holiday we ever had.........also the hotel Mogan Playa in Puerto Rico it is very relaxing the port of Mogan is a little small village called Little italy

Was there for one week of our honeymoon.Its class if you're into scuba diving.The beach is at the bottom of the hotel gardens, with sea view restaurants.Egyptians are a friendly bunch also.
