It gets to be a bit of a case of pot luck when its gets the the final two when the blinds are very high. The only thing i would say is dont let yourself be bullied out of the blinds and make sure to put the pressure on to steal a few.

Funnily enough I was re-reading Chapter12 of Harringtons 2nd book about 5 mins ago.
This deals very comprehensively with HeadsUp Strategy. Definitely worth a purchase (or you can sneakily read it in Hodges&Figgis without buying if you prefer )
