Whats the deal with the patch?

It's 5.45pm and my server is still down and i cant get onto the wow-europe website. I was able to get onto the america page and all their servers are back up, i did that at 2. Maybe its just me who is being affected by this. I know the servers are supposed to be down for a bit every patch, but this is just crap.

I was getting the same as you a while ago but website at least seems to be back up now, although it's the 'low-bandwidth' version atm. Haven't tried the game yet.
