As a graphic designer who has worked in the industry for the last 7 years, am wondering how other designers go about sourcing freelance work or nixers. Have all of the hardware and software necessary through work to provide top quality work at lower prices than any agency or sole trading designer.. so if anyone can provide…

online portfolio ... personal business cards ... freebies ... elance.com

make an online portfolio of what you can do
make some personal business cards to give out whenever you can
Do a few freebie designs for people ... word of mouth is worth a lot
