    Folks

Need to replace old PC - my 2 year old broke the old one today. Did not chose to build my own and have decided to stay with "brand names" - Dell, Fujitsu, and HP. All three offering more or less same spec for the money I want to spend. But I am looking for advice on reliability and support etc. And I am about to spend my hard earned dosh in the morning, any brief advice appreciated.

ALDI have a PC this thursday, they're generally good value and reliable machines, come with a 3 year warranty. Some discussion on the PC here

How is your other pc broken? It might be repairable for cheaper than a new one.

I agree. Tell us what happened, as it may just be something small, and cheaply fixable.

Yea Dell support is very good I find. Quick to resolve problem and to send replacement parts out to me. If all customer services were like Dell's I'd be very happy. *gives IBB evil eye*
