Just a quick query
Can a neighbour access or view what I am doing on my computer? I have broadband through a phone connection but do not have a wireless connection. If they use wireless, can they access me?

No, they can't, unless they have insalled spyware on your computer or can see in your window.

But under normal circumtances, no.

Wait ..... think I glossed over that OP too quickly, If you are asking can they magically access your network just because they "use wireless" then no you'd have to have a wireless NIC, access point or router e.t.c. Of course they could always try accessing your home network through your internet connection as long as they are connected to the internet too.

I think you need to be more specific.
