    I sold something on eBay to a guy in the UK, i hadn't been able to reply to his mails after a day or two, and he went and had a hissy fit and reported me to PayPal.

    Now i've supplied tracking info to PayPal, the item was sent, but what if the guy tells them that he never received it? Who's side would they take, i've supplied proof but would they take his word?

    To be honest, i'm not bothered about this transaction as as far as i can see, the money is already in my account. But someone else has paid me for another item, and PayPal have ''frozen'' the account. So i don't want to rip this person off, but i'm not going to send this other item if i don't have the money, would paypal refund their payment?

    If you sent it with a tracking number then where did it go? have you checked?

    If you have supplied proof of postage there's really nothing more you can be expected to do. I had a situation with an item that didn't arrive, I contacted PayPal and they followed it up, they said that if the seller could prove he posted the item then there was nothing more they could do.

    Yeah, the item is currently in Newcastle, so it hasn't been delivered yet but is on its way.
