Hi, Does anyone know if the Data Protection Act covers access to all the data your current employer holds about you. I have been told I cannot see how my bonus was arrived at. My Boss refuses to give specifics when I push him. There is supposed to a formal procedure but a few of us have doubted this and think its a "pluck…

Hi,

The DPA covers all that info. Make a written request with the fee of €6.35 and work from there. If there is no reply within 40 days write to the Data Protection commisioner and he will sort you out.
