I was looking to sell this but no interest so instead I'm gona upgrade it.
It currently has 2 x 512MB(533Mhz) and I was looking at picking up 2 x 1024. Would it make more sense to pick up memory at 667Mhz(FSB of processor is 667Mhz)?

The simple answer is yes. Im not sure what performance difference there is between the two frequencies

    JackieChan,
Do you use the system for 3D auto-cad or gaming? If not you are wasting your money upgrading the memory. You will see no performance improvement.

You'll see a difference multitasking with lots of apps.

CPU/Memory FSB are not always the same.

Run a good cache manager like the free cacheman on that 2gb ram and you'll notice a difference.
