Try the Nordic forum under Soc - Languages (although appears to be fairly new)

Failing that, tha Sandford langage institute in Renelagh might have something, although I think they need a set number of people starting before they'll go ahead... which can be tricky...

And there's always the Norwegian Embassy (assume there is one over here...?)

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Lykke til med norsken alle sammen! :D

Håper du fant en flink lærer, Overflow! Og at du nå snakker språket flytende! ;)

Men hvorfor i all verden lære norsk?

For å lese Ibsen på originalspråket?

    Vennlig hilsen,

    Maitri

Maybe it's me, but that looks more Danish than Norwegian to me... !

    Hei Jonathan (Overflow)!

Det var nesten helt riktig! :)

    Fasit:

    Hi Ikky Poo2!

Norwegian and Danish are indeed very similar languages.:) It's almost impossible to tell the difference if you don't know one of the languages very well. The reason is that we were in union with Denmark for 500 years and they forced us to write in Danish, so they influenced the Norwegian language a lot. And anyway Norwegian and Swedish and Danish are almost the same languageto begin with.

    Regards,

    M.
