there are some fakes doing the rounds. one has more memory than the original but a slower speed. One shows 2GB on screen but is only 1GB.
That sellers negatives are for selling fake jewlery

Fakes are not as reliable - so beware!

I had one and it worked for about 5 minutes before giving read errors. Had to send it back.

The seller specified that he would only ship to France from the UK (not sure of the reasoning). I e-mailed querying whether he would ship to Ireland (yesterday afternoon) but have not gotten a response to my query. Thats me out of the running for one of them. I take it the "neuf" means he has 9 of them available? Bit odd.....

Sadly, this seems to be true. I've noticed lately more and more fakes appearing on eBay and when I've reported the items to eBay, nothing has been done !
I suppose eBay make fees from their sellers whether they sell genuine or fake products and thats pretty much all they care about (the fees) !

I bought one off of another geezer - seems to be working OK at the moment.

Haven't tested it yet though ... reckon it should be OK for non-game saves and other temporary data.

when/if i get them, is there a way of confirming they are genuine or testing the speed?
