    just got home, just want to congratulate JK on steamrollering his opponents, he claimed gold in the -70kg and open division heres the guy he beat in the open final, with one arm!

    very true...but also impossible for someone who coaches/trains an Alive martial art to do. by the very nature of my sport i have to walk the walk every class, i'm willing to roll/spar with anybody who walks through my doors:D

    Tis true! First time I went down to SBG the fecker wouldn't leave me alone!

    Any BJJ coach I've personaly ever come across is like this, they'll happily get on the mat and roll with any body.
