Does anyone here eat raw eggs? Is it something to be avoided?

I was making a soufflé or mousse with lemons and oranges but because it contained eggs and was chilled rather than baked the intended audience would not partake of it.

ppl who should not eat raw eggs - the eldery, the very young, the immunosuppressed. beyond that there's not a huge risk for eating them, id imagine they're kinda mank to drink down alone but id be happy to eat them in mousse
