Ok so as soon as you post anymore I will update them in this first post and we can use it as a reference for not missing these great shows,
and do you think the spoiler tags are needed?,
I don't but sometimes people complain in Lost Forum when they are included,
I'll run a poll.

If the thread title a specific episode contains something along the lines of "WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS" then spoilers tags for spoilers for that specific episode and all previous episodes are not required, but they should be used for spoilers about subsequent episodes.

Or there's next-episode.net where you can create a user account (no email required) and choose to only have the shows you're interested in appear on the front page.

On the site I posted, you can select the shows you want to follow. In the options.
