A big problem !

Baiscally I fried my mobo and I have to get a new one so the guy at pc world told me that I should try get the one that came with the pc and it was listed as this (from the info he gave me)

socket 478

Intel pentium 4 board

(this was from the serial no. of the board)

trigem it 865ge

or

MS 643

If I dont use this mobo Ill have to install windows again ! (I dont know if that means I have to buy it again)

I have searched for this and couldnt find it so i was wondering could anyone tell me if they know where I could find it ! Or if they could tell me if there is another mobo I could get at all ?

only difference between my pc and that one is I got a different graphics card (geforce 6200) and an extra 512 ram !

I don't have the link to hand, but i'm sure theres a way of changing motherboards and keeping your present install. I think its something like installing the new MoBo, booting into the Win CD and running the repair process which loads the correct drivers for the mobo. I could be wrong. Anybody else that can back this up? Sry, i'm to lazy to google it. Maybe you can.
