a friends cousin is getting married soon and has the reception in some hotel in kildare, i think. anyway the hotel rings them up and asks them if they could change their wedding reception because someone wants to book the whole hotel for that night and that the hotel will pay for the reception. they say no, its too late because they've already sent out the invitations etc.

the next day the hotel rings up and tells them that the people who want to book the whole hotel for the night will pay for the reception, the wedding, the honeymoon, and - their MORTGAGE. the whole thing will work out to over 500,000!!!

and those people that are booking the hotel are none other then the beckhams, who will be celebrating their anniversery in the same hotel!

not bad! id nearly get married just to get a free house! maybe they should of held out and see what else they could of got!:D

Ya i've heard a very similar story a while back myself, I find it very hard to believe. Its amazing the person that these things happen to rarely talk about it themselves. Suppose fame goes to your head!
