    2:00 Newbury Original Thought

    Going to oppose the favourite here due to the weight penalty and doubts about him on faster ground, Original Thought has been knocking on door being 2nd in his last two races. Last time out he was just pipped by Smart Mover, the pair pulled well clear of the rest. The ground and distance look ideal.

    3:10 Newbury Shining Strand NAP

    Races off the same mark has as when second to the smart looking Von Origny last time over course and distance, the 2 pulled well clear of the 3rd who has won since. The ground will suit him, he looks a horse on the upgrade and should take this.

    4:05 Southwell South Cape

    Although not much of a price around Evens South Cape looks a class above this field, was placed in a listed event behind a horse that went on to win a Group 2. Has already handled soft ground and assuming he is fit after the winter should go close.

    4:40 Southwell King's Gait

    In a race full of exposed looking performers King's Gait stands out, has improved with every run and has already proven his preference for very soft ground. Being only a lightly raced 4 year he looks open to plenty of improvement.

    i know this horse was tipped today already and i was going to tip it aswell.

    SOUTHWELL 4:40

    i noted a few horses at the end of last seasons flat racing and KINGS GAIT was one of theM.
    he finished last season in great style and he has won over 6 furlong before so he definatly has a great chance.
