    If he's raising 35% of the time in a 6 handed game, your range should comfortably beat the top 35% of hands.

    Out of the 169 hands, 35% amounts to roughly 60. So, you should really be raising with about the top 30 hands. Also, you have position - so I would increase this to 40.
