Anyone know of how I can get flowers delivered on a Sunday in Ireland without having to hand deliver them myself ?

Tried the few online flower shops and they are all Mon-Sat only.

Interflora do deliver on a Sunday.......with the exception of Ireland.

    Thats ridiculous isn't it ?

I am trying to order flowers for my Wife as if the flowers were from our new born daughter.

I have managed to order flowers for my mother. They will be delivered on Sunday in the UK (civilised society where things open on weekends - like banks, flower delivery people etc).

The online Interflora 'say' they do not deliver in Ireland on Sunday.
Buy4now.ie (Sheilas flowers) do not deliver on Sunday.
FlowersByLucy do not deliver on Sunday.

I had a look at irishgifts.ie and its a third rate website with no choice and vastly inflated prices. I wouldn't be confident any flowers would turn up, looking at their website.

Sometimes its like living in the bloody dark ages!

I guess I'll just get my bum to the flower shop tomorrow and keep them in the garage til Sunday.

Thanks for all the useful comments.
To all the comedians - keep up the good work.

ah with your name i though you where in england and your mam here, see if you expalin things properly it is harder for people to take teh piss out of you.

anyway why don't you buy them in a local florist and then give them to a neighbour and ask them to drop them in on sunday saying that the delivery man dropped them to the wrong house
