    On the one hand, you're doing two seperate 4 hour shifts, but on the other hand, you'll be working there 8 hours straight. IIRC, you get a 15 minute break if you work 4 hours (not sure about this), and if you do one at the end of one shift, and at the start of another, you'll get 30 minutes. Idealy, you should get an hour's break, but I'm not 100% sure about it.

    You should get a minimum half hour break, it's illegal not to.
