    Hey,

Looking to get myself a freestanding punchbag/kickbag - I see the wavemaster but the base isn't low enough for some kicks - Is there any that you guys know of I could buy? Models and what not?

just get one of your mates and kick him.

    sparring >>> bag work.

I did that, now I don't have any mates. ;)

There's none of them great. For low kicks, forget it, they're designed for fit-bo-tae-argos stuff.

If you've no girders, concrete walls etc, then your best bet is the back garden. I used to have one out the back, it was a bit crap in winter but hey, summers on its way...
