Mods, not sure if this is the right forum so please move if I am wrong...

I was in a pub recently and some people were selling tickets for a Duck Race on the Liffey. Apparently some guy owns hundreds of rubber duckies and you buy a ticket, which corresponds to one of the ducks. They are then let loose in the Liffey and the winner gets a prize. Apparently a super way to raise money for charity (which is my aim) but I have no idea who the guy with the ducks is or how to contact him!! Anyone ever heard of it?
