    A friend of mine is thinking of buying a place in Riverside Place, Kilmainham.

    Good idea/bad idea?!

    Any opinions on the area etc.?

    How about ringing the local Garda station to enquire about the area?

    Have a drive around at 8-10pm on a Friday / Saturday night is a good indicator, but also see what traffic etc. is like at rush hour.
