    i have have a tm 1500+ on ground floor and will be moving to an attic room,

    does the cordless magic eye work with technomates ?:)

    should do, it just relays the infra red beam from your remote, power mid xl is quite good

    Yeah argos sell videosenders which send the signal and the remote command to another room

    Hope someone can help. I have a sky+ box and had an installer run cable from it to a bedroom upstairs to my lcd tv. He supplied me with a sky eye but it didnt work. He came out and tried it again and although it worked a few mins after he left it stopped working!?

    I now have had 2 visits and it still aint working and although I have picture I cant change channels. I could get him back but I am wondering is there some other device which will allow me change channels without using the sky eye?

    Hope someone can help!

    As Tony said earlier a Powemid XL will also solve your problem.
