Touch-Screen LCD Moniter Problems

    Heya, im in a hardware lab in college now. What my group has to do is hook up a touch-screen moniter.

    Its a CTX PV500T lcd touch-screen. Ive installed all the drivers properly and when it didnt work I uninstalled them and then got drivers from the net and they didnt work either.

    The computer here is on a novel client server, when you come to the login screen it used to work there but now it dosen't. Don't know what to do, any help would be appreciated.

    I'm not familiar with that particular touchscreen... does it connect to the pc by serial port or usb or what? If serial, are you sure you've got it in the correct serial port?
    Do you have admin rights on the PC?
