she must have eaten a couple of cloves.

Probably taking those 'odourless' garlic vitamins. An ex-girlfriend of mine was on them for a while and after a couple of weeks she really started to reek.

    mmmm garlic.... I love it!

but yea you do have to consider the consequences of eating it. Had some garlic chicken two weeks ago and despite brushing my teeth and rinsing with mouth wash I still got a "Ugh! Have you been eating garlic???" from my girlfriend..:(

I have come accross this also. Its not very nice i have to say, their is this person i know who must have Garlic in their food 3-4 times a week. Its such a strong smell, nearly enough to turn your stomach.

Dirty pervert? How do you link garlic and perversion?

    Want photos??

I love the smell, I see nothing wrong with people stinking of something I like. My mate is the same as the complainers, loves beer yet hates if a room smells of beer.

Eating some parsley is a great way to get rid of the smell of garlic. It neutralises it somehow

Yip, parsley is THE best thing for getting rid of any minging oral odours. Used to chew it in school after smoking at break times ;)

On the topic of food odors, some stuck up bitch quite ignorantly squeezed in between me and the person in front of me when getting on the bus. Anyway, the bus was packed and I ended up sitting beside her, so I took out my chicken fillet baguet (with lots of onions) and shamelessly ate the whole thing in front of her. The smell of onions on the bus was something else. I'd do it again if I could. I was nearly laughing on the bus. Such a great moment.

You can only smell the garlic because its not in your diet.

For example. Kimchee (korean food) is exceptionally strong. You could smell it three blocks away, unless of course your used to it.

For people from Asia westerners smell of sour milk. This is mainly because they don't have milk in thier diet as much as we would.

Garlic rocks. I can never get enough of it. I eat about six cloves of it per day. I can't remember the last time I had a cold or the flu, or even a sore throat for that matter. I love the smell of it, so if I stink of it well then that's your problem, not mine ;)

Though I do smoke... so I must smell of stale ciggy smoke and garlic... still... if it'll keep the chuggers away, I'm all for it.

I think the smell of Garlic is preferable to the stale unwashed smell you can often get on buses or trains these days. Or the bad breath that some people never seem to notice about themselves.

Personally I quite like the smell of Garlic, so it wouldn't bother me so much. :D
