I'm sitting here feeling like a moron for having left money behind in a hand which looked like I was gonna get all the money, I'm wondering what some of you would have done.
I'm am almost certain that the UTG raiser has a royal PP, the other guy likes calling big bets and bluffing on the river but I don't know what the hell his range is.

Stars 2/4 NL full ring but only 6 players for this hand (which I didn't realise)
Seat 3: hotspur ($629.30 in chips) small blind
    Seat 6: PimpIt66 ($267.80 in chips) UTG
Seat 9: BarnDogWins ($398 in chips) UTG +1
    Dealt to hotspur [Ac As]
    PimpIt66: raises $12 to $16
    BarnDogWins: calls $16
    hotspur: raises $28 to $44
PimpIt66: calls $28 [thought he would reraise me here]
    BarnDogWins: calls $28
    *** FLOP *** [9d 5c 8c]
    hotspur: bets $140
PimpIt66: raises $83.80 to $223.80 and is all-in [happy with that]
BarnDogWins: calls $223.80 [not happy with this but he likes calling, maybe
    set]
    hotspur: calls $83.80
    *** TURN *** [9d 5c 8c] [Ah]
hotspur: checks [excepting 67 I have nuts but villain bluffs so I pretend to
shut down at sight of ace, wasn't worried about flush
draw as he would surely have all ined on flop not called]
    BarnDogWins: checks
    *** RIVER *** [9d 5c 8c Ah] [Ad]
hotspur: bets $361.50 and is all-in [about $123 to him]
    BarnDogWins: folds [gutted]
    *** SHOW DOWN ***
hotspur: shows [Ac As] (four of a kind, Aces)
    PimpIt66: mucks hand
    hotspur collected $804.40 from pot
    *** SUMMARY ***
Seat 6: PimpIt66 mucked [Th Ts]

I feel like I surely should have got the other $123 somehow even though quads rarely pays off fully. Should I have jammed the flop or the turn do you think? My original impusle was to donk bet about $40-50 on turn , I didn't because it struck me as donkish but now I think that that may have been the best line as it's so little to call but makes the remaining $70 easier to get on river. Where did I screw up the most?

There is a player all in, so you cant be bluffing and the villain will know this. Basically once the A on the turn comes he thinks his hand is dead. He might call a small bet, but thats about it. Theres nothing you can do about it, but you should of led the turn anyway as its the best play given the draws, and the possibility of someone having a strong hand. Checking is bad given the villain wont bluff. The ace on the river is inconsquential.

I would lead the turn for whatever he has left, like HJ said he wont bluff at you when the pot is so big

If you were him and you were in there with say QQ (irrespective of whether you should be) and I check the turned ace would you not consider going all in for your remaining $123 hoping to get me off a very possible KK, or is the threat of the other all in player too much given that they have to have 1010, JJ or be a moron for it to be profitable?

If he wanted to be all in he would have made it happen on the flop I reckon the only way you get him to put more money in is to bet.

Raise more preflop. 70 looks good.

Push the turn. If he is drawing and misses, you wont get anymore off him.
I would have pushed the flop if I could, but you cant because of the raise.

Waaaaay too much fancy thinking. If you put the 123 in on the turn, he calls with any draw.
