You can't close a thread unless it has no replies I think. And if that's not correct then you can only delete a thread of yours that has no replies. It's best to contact the forum moderator for this.

Posting unregistered can only be done on PI, LGB and Athletics as far as I recall. You can view all fora unregistered though. To do this you can either log out completely or you can browse boards using this link.
