Was a topic about this last week,
I think you have to be either registered on ebay.ie or paypal.ie
if you orgionally registered on ebay.com and have you live in ireland it still won't work..

I used it and got the €5 off the carriage. It is done when you are paying for the item in your Paypal account. AFAIK it applies to anything bought on ebay and paid through Paypal up to a maximum of €5 or the sterling equivalent. It is only off the cariage tho..not the item.

As mentioned on the other thread, it only seems to work for ebay.ie registered accounts.

Think it expires at the end of the month.
