    I'm not much of a follower of astronomy and the space program although I am extremely fascinated by black holes. :)

    Aaanyway, this sparked my interest when it was put up on shoutwire.com

    Here is the full article where they basically describe 1950's German physicist who became fascinated with using a hyperdrive propulsion engine(using "quantum mechanics and Einstein's general theory of relativity" together) to propel a rocket instead of rocket fuel. Makes for some interesting and imo, exciting reading if the experiement they want to do proves successful. :)
