    Was at the dentist today getting some painful work done and when the dentist was finished and as i was about to leave i said thanks. He started laughing and said i was the first person that ever said thanks to him for causing them pain. so do you 'thank' your dentist

    I always thank my dentist, although at the start of my orthodontic treatment, I got 4 teeth out and couldn't talk so that's probably the only time I didn't say Thanks :p
