Using AIB banklink card in eastern europe

Is the bog standard AIB banklink card widely accepted in atms in eastern europe or would i would be advised to bring cash?

Mine worked fine in Budapest so I assume it'd be the same in other eastern european countries. Best thing to do is ring AIB.

It'll work in many machine with a PLUS logo or VISA logo on it - so you should have no problem using it.

ye was all over the place out there last year (got slighty lost in our rent a car) and we never had any problems using it.
