Anybody recommend a supplement for dry skin in a 9 year old child on her legs, not a serious complaint just something she inherited form her mammy and nannie, but just wondering if anything in her diet might help.

Try pure jojoba oil. It is absorbed straight away by the skin and doesn't feel greasy or oily in the least. It is supposed to have a chemical structure of the skins natural sebum. I've found it to be brilliant on my legs when they are dry.
