Problem with Age Of Empires 3

I can't get the game to run! I install all three disks and then I re insert disk one and click play game but then it comes up with a msg saying that a driver file was not found !! The file that is requested is on the game disc but thats not helping! If anyone has any sugggestions it would be great!! :confused:

Have you tried patching the game with the latest patches?
