    From IMDB:

'Sin City' Sequel Waiting for Jolie

Actress Rosario Dawson has confirmed reports Angelina Jolie will be signing on for the sequel to Sin City and production on the film is on hold while the star is pregnant. Jolie is currently expecting a baby with Brad Pitt, but is eager to co-star with Dawson, who will reprise her part as rogue hooker Gail in the movie. The Mr. And Mrs. Smith star is rumored to be playing the role of "A Dame To Kill For" in the next installment of the film. Dawson says, "The film's kind of been postponed because Robert (Rodriguez, the director) has been interested in Angelina Jolie for the lead. But she's very pregnant right now. So that's putting an understandable hold on the film." The second film will be based on Frank Miller's graphic novel stories "A Dame to Kill For" and "Lost, Lonely and Lethal," according to website, moviehole.net.

I thought they where already in Production but I don’t mind them holding back as she’ll make a nice addition ‘’very Nice’’. ;)

I hear Miller also wants to write some brand new story for number 2 and that's holding things up too.

think id be happier seeing the film completed sooner, rather than waiting for her inclusion. Mabye she will be a worthwhile contribution, not sure tho...

In my opinion, she will be absolutely perfect for the role as The Dame. She will almost definetly have to get them out too, which always helps when it is Angelina...........

Plus you know she won't ruin anything with an alba-esque "no nudity" clause.

Yeah it was strongly rumored, I didn't realise that it's only been confirmed now.
Apparently the story that Frank Miller has written just for the movie is based on Nancy.
And it's been posted on imdb that two short stories from "Booze, Broads and Bullets" have been confirmed. "And Behind Door Number Three..." and "Blue Eyes" but there was no source with that.....
How pregnant is Jolie? I don't want it delayed that much :p

Apparently there was some consternation over that. The Director and Miller actually did want a fully-nude stripper to play Nancy, like in the comicbooks, but Jessica Alba ended up filling Nancy's place, to get bums in seats.

I thought they were gonna do a whole new bunch of characters and just keep in Marv cos he's such a favourite. Though I ain't complaining that Nancy is still in it. ;)

Whoot, according to imdb, Sin City 3 is going to be the graphic novel Hell and Back. Excellent story, and the longest by a distance so it'll probably the only story.

I really have to read the graphic novels, does it matter which order you read them in really? because I can get a copy of the 4th one off a friend.

Nah it's not overly important. I have them all but still don't know what the proper order is.
