If someone were to buy an expensive item (2k + on finance) from a store such as, lets say Dixons and then a month or 2 later decided that he probably shouldn't have bought it in the first place(damn impulses!!) does he have the right to bring it back? He also purchased a full 5 year warranty costing 500+. :o

I don't think you can get the money back for the warranty anyway. If its within the 28 days they might take it back.

No, not unless there was something wrong with it, i.e. not of merchantable quality under the Sale of Goods Act.

Just consider your Plasma TV a good investment - you will have years of great viewing out of it.

    Signed Dixons
    - we download the internet too.
