structural engineer meath/louth/north dublin area

anybody feel able to recommend a structural engineer need to get one to design foundations for extension to side of house which will involve retaining garden wall as we are essentially building below them 3 storey at front 2 storey at back. also if anyone could give me a rough idea of what they charge it wouldbe helpful:)
