Question about the merrion satalites to irish open

    The super satalite thats on today. Dyou think if i won it I could use the ticket worth 330 to enter the side event. (also 330)

    gary, i know a few who wanna play the 300+30 game at the irish open. do you reckon there'd be much demand for a 30 euro satalite to that... if we got 30 or 40, the top 3 would get a ticket. dit poker soc could run the event if PPP got on board with some freebies and maybe even a ticket...

    I was planning on buying in directly to this so that sounds absolutly fab. Looks like a really great tourney and you will get a good spill over from the main tournament.

    You might even get Roy Brindley on your table. :)

    I reckon i can find at least 5 who will play a 30 FO for a ticket... i'll fire off an email over the next week or so to see if we can get a bit of interest, would be nice if we got 40+ so we could have a few tickets...

    DIT can run this during the day, say from 2 til 8. if people want it after 5 we'll have to get a few tables upstairs in the fitz or the SE or something. Any suggestions??
