Okay so post which round scenario is best....

    Peace

P.S. "3 x 3 x 5 minute rounds (Ring of Truth, UFC non title matches)" is a typeo. It should be just 3 x 5.

I think three 5 minute rounds works fine, and five 5 minute rounds for title fights. Although I'm not completely against IFL's round system - I think it will make for exciting fights.

People are lacking opinion i guess.

I like the 3 by 5 and 5 by 5 for Belt matches of the UFC.

5 mins is perfect for some good fast action and a break can really keep the fight going.

I find some Pride matches can slow up a little going into the last 3 to 4 mins of Round 1.

That said, the extra times gives a better chance of a Rd 1 stoppage obviously.
