Telestunt prices rise

I just tried to call Japan using Telestunt, and after the original "This call will be charged at local rate" and dialling the number and #, got a message saying calls to Japan cost 33c per minute.

The Telestunt website still gives Japan as "local call rate".

Is this part of a general Telestunt price rise? Have others had similar experiences?

Is there a good alternative to Telestunt? Or does this signal time to get rid of the landline altogether?

you could try www.talkxtra.ie - they do a callcard whereby you can call Japan landlines for 6c/min and mobiles for 16c/min using a freephone number. Use them to call Germany - v good.
