Looks like myself hasn´t been to keen on going to Soul gigs in years and yeras and years. I went to almost 135 gigs (www.concert-reviews.net) but can only name Prince as a soul artist that I have seen live. :o

Are you a woman? If so will you marry me? :D
If not, are you a DJ, and where is your next gig?

I'm jealous.. My list is blank.. Wishing I'd seen James Brown or Isaac Hayes in their glory days.

    James Brown.
    Marva Whitney.
    Ann Sexton.
    Roy Ayers.
    Al Green.
Was supposed to see Leroy Hutson but he cancelled.

Have to try and get Bill Withers to Ireland sometime soon. Get the appreciation he deserves so badly.

I can now add Marva Whitney, Spanky Wilson and Nicole Willis to my list.

Off to see George Clinton again tonight.

And Isaac Hayes and Booker T soon, as well.

Rumour is that Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings might be visiting us - now that would be a hell of a show.

PS @ Oink - your answers are no and no unfortunately ;)
