Right I reckon this thread be renamed to quotes and thus be salvaged.
"I want to live just long enough to be there when they cut your head off and stick it on a pike as a warning to the next 10 generations that some favours come at too high a price. I want to look up into your lifeless eyes and wave, like this. Can you and your associates arrange that for me, Mr. Morden?"

    LET THERE BE QUOTES!!!
"Londo, Londo, why are you doing this?"
"Because, we are a race of lunatics and cowards."

Pretty grim quote, but still, memorable enough.

    Babylaniacs

(See also Tom Smith's "Babyloniacs95") It's time for Babylaniacs
And we're spacey to the max
So sit down but don't relax
You'll stop dead in your tracks
    We're Babylaniacs!

    John Sheridan's the captain
    At the hierarchy's top
    Ivanova's his second
Just don't ask her 'bout her tots
    Michael Garibaldi
    The station's local cop
    The writer "eep"s
    Production creeps
But now we've lost the plot

    We're Babylaniacs
    Londo's cute and Lennier yaks
    Franklin sends away the quacks
    Zeta wing repels attacks
    We're Babylaniacs!

    See Morden and Mollari
    Try to rule the universe
    Garibaldi will arrest you
If you try to snatch a purse
    Psi Corps's crazy antics
    Make Talia scream and curse
    The Shadows came
    Things aren't the same
    It can't get any worse!

    We're Babylaniacs
    We have five-year-long contracts
We make sure to get the clasp
Before we zip up our slacks
    We're Babylaney...
    Coming through the gate-y...
    G'Kar likes the ladies...
    Babylaniacs!

    What are the facts?

In a series of many brilliant pieces of dialogue this one always does it for me, no contest:-

    "Who am I?

I am Susan Ivanova, Commander, daughter of Andrei and Sophie Ivanov.

I am the right hand of vengence, and the boot that is going to kick your sorry ass all the way back to Earth.

I am death incarnate, and the last living thing that you are ever going to see.

    God sent me"

(Season 4 - Between the Darkness and the Light).

    Don't ya just love her.

Garibaldi: I'm getting to old for this.....
    Lorien: <laughs>
Garbaldi: What are you laughing about?
Sheridan: ..... Lorien is.... older than he looks

From "In The Shadow Of Z'Ha'Dum":

Sheridan: "I want you to teach me... how to fight them, how to beat them. Because sooner or later I'm going to Z'Ha'Dum and I'm going to stop them."
Kosh: "If you go to Z'Ha'Dum, you will die..."
Sheridan: "Then I die. But I will not go down easily and I will not go down alone. You will teach me?"
    Kosh: "Yes..."

And from "Z'Ha'Dum", the all-time Kosh classic: "JUMP! JUMP NOW!"

Well I've had ".. it is too late for the pebbles to vote" as my sig and I've got another in my current sig...

    But how about:

"Now get the hell out of our galaxy!" :D

    And so it begins.
There is a hole in your mind.
    What do you want?
No one here is exactly what he appears.
    Nothing's the same anymore.
    Commander Sinclair is being reassigned.
Why don't you eliminate the entire Narn homeworld while you're at it?
I see a great hand reaching out of the stars...
    Who are you?
President Clark has signed a decree today declaring martial law.
These orders have forced us to declare independence.
    Weapons supplies...
Unless your people get off their encounter-suited butts and do something...
    You're the one who was.
If you go to Z'ha'dum you will die.
    Why are you here?
Do you have anything worth living for? I think of my beautiful city in flames...
    Giants in the playground...
Now get the hell out of our galaxy!
We are here to place President Clark under arrest.

Ivonova: "The Shadow base was located on a planet called Arkota 7. It's not there any more."

    Lennier: "The base?"

Lyta: "No. The planet. They destroyed... they destroyed an entire planet."

    Chilling...

From time to time, you will make mistakes. They're inevitable. Sometimes those mistakes will be...huge. What matters is that you learn from them. There's nothing wrong with falling down, so long as you end up just two inches taller when you pick yourself up off the floor. At times, you may end up far away from home. You may not be sure of where you belong anymore. But home is always there. Because home is not a place. It's wherever your passion takes you. As you continue on your path...you will lose some friends and gain new ones. The process is painful, but often necessary. They will change, and you will change because life is change. From time to time...they must find their own way, and that way may not be yours. Enjoy them for what they are. And remember them for what they were.
I really do believe that sooner or later, no matter what happens...things do work out. Oh, we have hard times. We suffer. We lose loved ones. The road is never easy. It was never meant to be easy. But in the long run...if you stay true to what you believe, things do work out. Always be willing to fight for what you believe in. It doesn't matter if 1000 people agree with you or one person agrees with you. It doesn't matter if you stand completely alone. Fight for what you believe in.

Long after we are gone .. our voices will linger in these walls for as long as this place remains. But I will admit .. that the part of me that is going .. will very much miss the part of you that is staying

It was the end of the Earth year 2260, and the war had paused, suddenly and unexpectedly. It was as if the universe were holding its breath ... waiting.
All of life can be broken down into moments of transition, or moments ... of revelation.
This had the feeling of both.
G'Quan wrote: "There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope. The death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender."
The future is all around us, waiting in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future, or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born ... in pain.

andreas katsulas had the best dialogue in the entire series.
Citizen G'Kar: Do you want to be president?
    Captain John Sheridan: Yes.
Citizen G'Kar: Then put your hand on the book and say I do.
    Captain John Sheridan: I do.
    Citizen G'Kar: Good, let's eat.
Citizen G'Kar: If I take a lamp and shine it toward the wall, a bright spot will appear on the wall. The lamp is our search for truth... for understanding. Too often, we assume that the light on the wall is God, but the light is not the goal of the search, it is the result of the search. The more intense the search, the brighter the light on the wall. The brighter the light on the wall, the greater the sense of revelation upon seeing it. Similarly, someone who does not search - who does not bring a lantern - sees nothing. What we perceive as God is the by-product of our search for God. It may simply be an appreciation of the light... pure and unblemished... not understanding that it comes from us. Sometimes we stand in front of the light and assume that we are the center of the universe - God looks astonishingly like we do - or we turn to look at our shadow and assume that all is darkness. If we allow ourselves to get in the way, we defeat the purpose, which is to use the light of our search to illuminate the wall in all its beauty and in all its flaws; and in so doing, better understand the world around us.
Citizen G'Kar: [to Londo after they discover the Centauri are still building warships during peace time] Well, with everyone now on the same side, perhaps you're planning to invade yourselves for a change. I find the idea curiously appealing. Once you've finished killing each other, we can plow under all the buildings and plant rows of flowers that spell out the words, "Too annoying to live" in letters big enough to be seen from space.
"The universe speaks in many languages, but only one voice. The language is not Narn, or Human, or Centauri, or Gaim, or Minbari. It speaks in the language of hope."
"It speaks in the language of trust. It speaks in the language of strength and the language of compassion. It is the language of the heart and the language of the soul. But always it is the same voice. It is the voice of our ancestors speaking through us and the voice of our inheritors waiting to be born. The small, still voice that says: 'We are one. No matter the blood, no matter the skin, no matter the world, no matter the star. .. We are one. No matter the pain, no matter the darkness, no matter the loss, no matter the fear. .. We are one.' Here, gathered together in common cause, we begin to realize this singular truth and this singular rule that we must be kind to one another. Because each voice enriches us and ennobles us and each voice lost diminishes us. We are the voice of the universe, the soul of creation, the fire that will light our way to a better future. We are one."

    "Your victims."
