Ok, first of all Happy St Patricks Day to you all! Don't ask why I'm online today but I won't be celebrating properly til later on if you jnow what I mean! ;)

This may seem like the stupidest question ever to ask, so I'm sorry. I've played guitar for a few years, on and off. All round I'm pretty terrible. I don't really know much theory and I can't read music (only tabs..and even them I'm pretty slow at it). I used to be good but I haven't picked up my guitar in a over a year...so I've pretty much forgot everything! haha

I was wondering if there are such things as grades in guitar that aren't classical? Because I'm in 3rd year doing my junior cert and we got a form to fill out for the Presidents Award..I'm thinking of doing guitar as my personal skill and trying to get a grade in it (grade 1 I assume).

So, could anyone tell me of a place that does grades? Or of a good guitar teacher in Dublin who will teach relative beginners?

I don't even know how to ****in change my strings on my guitar :(
