    Could anyone tell me how much i should spend to get a powerbook or windows laptop with 1.5ghz Processor speed, 512mb ram and a 7200 rpm hardrive .Its for running pro-tools

    If any one could tell me , Do you have to have a 7200rpm hard drive to run Mbox2 Pro Tools. If you have to have 7200rpm it seems the cheapest new powerbook is $2499 which seems ridiculous . Can a 5400 work well?
