Buying Diamonds online from USA

    I was looking at purchase some diamond rings from the USA. I am aware of the import duty implications. My question is how can I ascertain that the online store is reputable. I don't want to post name of site or other details, as I'd prefer to stay well within the rules till a mod advises I can post site name.

    Searching on whois I find a postal address c/o of another company name at a PO box.

    Advice?

    Or anyone aware of US forums were I can check this site out?

    I wouldn't go near buying DIAMONDS from the US, are you 100% sure they are real????

    anyways i wouldn't buy them

    I would imagine there are reputable sites. I don't think mods will mind the link its not like you are spamming, and you are openly doubting if they are genuine, its not like you are possibly misleading people saying. "this site is great, got a good deal I think the diamonds are real".

    You would probably be better off buying a cheap flight to NY and hitting the diamond district :D
