The Triax might have a wee bit more gain, but the Antiference is far more robust in poor weather conditions.#

Is it possible to get an XG18A?

    I don't think XG18A's exist myself.

On CPC, have a look at the DMX10A. Although it's marked as unbranded, it's manufactured by Blake. I have it in the attic and it gives good results. It's gain is a little bit smaller than the other two aerials but it performs very well - it's one of the very few CAI Standard 1 aerials available (of course its designed for Group A frequencies only - the wideband version is a Standard 2 IIRC)

Maybe they're no longer made. XG18's used to be made back some years ago, but I haven't seen any in some time.
