Replacement xb 360

    Has there been many people here that have had to send there xbox back to Microsoft cause it keeped crashing I had to send my 360 back cause it keeped crashing and have to wait problay 2 weeks to play it when only last week i got xbox live setup. and how long did it take until u got a replacement back.ps was everthing still on the hdd

    took about a week to get back to me. it was pretty much a new xbox, new hard drive too. all saved games lost :(

    Brought mine back to Gamestop because I couldnt be bothered waiting for UPS to come to pick it up

    Mine was gone for less than a week - quite quick. Brand new xbox and power lead along with my old controller and AV leads. Didn't send them the hard drive because they only wanted what I got with the console and I'd bought my hard drive separate.

    why didnt you like keep the hdd then your saved stuff would be on it.
