Not enough Bandwidth?

I recently bought a Phillips webcam. However, both video capture and mic usage is compromised. The unit works fine in that it will transmit over Yahoo Messenger but I can't use the internal mic on the camera and there's a problem when doing a basic video capture to include in an email. I get a message saying that there is not enough bandwidth. This is a USB cam and I also have a wireless USB mouse and a PDA USB Cradle attached.

Any ideas on what I should do here? DO I need to buy anything to increase Bandwidth. I don;t really want to be plugging out devices in order to use the webcam/mic.

At a guess you had it plugged into a usb1.1 port instead of a usb2.0 port
