Need advice on which monitor

Hi All,
I'm looking at buying a 19 inch monitor. It has to be a good "all rounder" - I play some games and do allot of graphics work.
I was considering the following options:
Dell E196FP 19"

So they're my choices, what do you reckon?
Also, does DVI make that much of a difference when compared to VGA, especially when working on graphics?
